Messecenter Herning sætter rammerne for en skøn weekend med udstillinger, hvor der bliver kæmpet om de store titler Dansk Juniorvinder (DKJV) til bedste junior han og tæve med CK samt titlen Dansk Veteranvinder (DKVV) til bedste veteran han og tæve med CK. og den præstigefyldte titel Dansk Vinder 2024.
Derudover afgøres DKK’s årskonkurrencer:
Årets Hund
Årets Opdrætter
Årets Avlshund
Årets Veteran
Årets Juniorhandler
og Årets DKK-racevinder (sidstnævnte konkurrence er opdelt i en konkurrence pr. race).
Årets Politihund 2024.
Udstillingerne foregår indendørs i de store haller hos MCH, Messecenter Herning, og løber af stablen den 9. og 10. november 2024, med et forventet antal besøgende på 6.000 hunde.
Vores standarealer er placeret rund i messecentrets hal C og G, dvs. at man som butik er i samme hal som udstillingerne og konkurrencerne. Denne model har vi rigtig god erfaring med, og det giver et naturligt besøg i og flow til alle vores stande.
Blandt udstillerne og publikum er der mange potentielle købere for både produkter og ydelser til hunden, men også til mennesket som er rejst langt for at komme til Herning.
Det praktiske:
Standen er 4 meter i dybden og minimum 2 meter i længden (facaden). Prisen er incl. skillevægge til nabostanden.
Hos MCH kan du bestille strøm, lys, gulvtæppe, reoler, stole, borde, ja en komplet messe stand, som står klar når I ankommer, hvis det er det du ønsker. Disse bestillinger og afregning af messeinventar sker direkte hos MCH. MCH kontakter dig op til udstillingen for at høre om evt. behov.
Pris:
Grundpris 2.839
Yderligere pr. kvm: 246 kr. pr. kvm.
Minimun standstørrelse 12 kvm.
Prisen er for hele weekenden. Det er ikke muligt selv at vælge placering i hallerne.
Tider for opbygning og nedbrydning, samt åbningstider:
Opbygning fredag d. 8. nov. mellem kl. 7.00 – 21.00
Nedtagning søndag d. 10. nov. afhænger af hvornår udstillingerne i hallen er afsluttet. Forvent at der først må påbegyndes nedpakning omkring kl. 18.00. Bliver det før, får du besked.
Åbningstider for standene på udstillingsdagene:
Lørdag: Indgangene åbnes kl. 7.30, dagen afrundes kl. ca. 19.00
Søndag: Indgangene åbnes kl. 7.30, dagen afrundes kl. ca. 18.00
Vi forventer at du har din stand åben i dette tidsrum, og først lukker når alle udstillinger er afsluttet.
Adgang:
Der medfølger 4 stk partoutkort og 1 parkeringskort til standområdet. Partoutkort og P tilladelse skal hentes i DKK Shop fredag i hal C. mellem kl. 10.00 - 16.00

Be part of the year's final dog show
The beautiful Winter Wonder Show at Messecenter Herning. The exhibition center sets the stage for a delightful weekend featuring competitions for prestigious titles such as Danish Junior Winner (DKJV) for the best junior male and female with CK, and Danish Veteran Winner (DKVV) for the best veteran male and female with CK. Additionally, there's the prestigious title of Danish Winner 2024.
Furthermore, the DKK's annual competitions will be decided:
- Dog of the Year
- Breeder of the Year
- Breeding Dog of the Year
- Veteran of the Year
- Junior Handler of the Year
- DKK Breed Winner of the Year (the latter competition is divided into one competition per breed)
- Police Dog of the Year 2024
The exhibitions take place indoors in the large halls of MCH, Messecenter Herning, on November 9th and 10th, 2024, with an expected attendance of 6,000 dogs.
Our booth areas are located around MCH's halls C and G, meaning that as a store, you will be in the same hall as the exhibitions and competitions. This model has proven very successful, providing a natural flow of visitors to all our booths.
Among exhibitors and the audience, there are many potential buyers for both products and services for dogs but also for people who have traveled far to come to Denmark.
Practical Information:
The booth is 4 meters deep and a minimum of 2 meters in length (frontage). The price includes dividing walls to the neighboring booth.
At MCH, you can order electricity, lighting, carpet, shelves, chairs, tables - a complete trade fair booth that will be ready when you arrive if that's what you desire. These orders and payments for trade fair furnishings are made directly with MCH. MCH will contact you prior to the exhibition to inquire about any specific needs.
Price:
Base price: DKK 2,839
Additional per square meter: DKK 246 per square meter.
Minimum booth size: 12 square meters.
The price is for the entire weekend. It is not possible to choose the booth's location within the halls.
Times for setup and teardown, as well as opening hours:
Setup on Friday, November 8th, between 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Teardown on Sunday, November 10th, depends on when the exhibitions in the hall are finished. Expect teardown to start around 6:00 PM. If it happens earlier, you will be notified.
Stand opening hours on exhibition days:
Saturday: Entrances open at 7:30 AM, the day concludes around 7:00 PM
Sunday: Entrances open at 7:30 AM, the day concludes around 6:00 PM
We expect your booth to be open during this time and to close only when all exhibitions are completed.
Access:
Four permanent passes and one parking pass for the booth area are included. Permanent passes and parking permits must be collected from the DKK Shop on Friday in Hall C between 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Additional information will be sent to your email as we approach the exhibition date.

Samlet set på et år har vi 35- og 40.000 deltagende på vores 6 internationale udstillingsweekender.
Hvornår skal jeg senest booke min stand?
Du skal booke din stand senest 6 uger før det arrangement du vil deltage på.
Størrelse på stande
Indendørs standpladser er 4m dybe, og skal minimum være 2m i længden.
I Hernings messecenter etableres samtlige standpladser indenfor i haller. Alle udstillingsringe vil ligeledes blive placeret indendørs.
Regler for opbygning af stand
Det er ikke tilladt at placere salgs- og/eller reklameartikler foran standens facadelinje.
Ved gentagende overtrædelser af dette forbud, kan dette få konsekvenser for deltagelsen på DKK’s udstillinger.
Det er kun tilladt at uddele materiale fra egen stand, ligesom personligt/opsøgende salgsarbejde kun må udføres fra egen standplads.
Inventar til din stand
Lys, strøm, rengøring samt inventar til din stand skal du bestille direkte hos MCH. 6 uger før udstillingen modtager du en mail fra MCH hvori du kan bestille direkte hos dem.
Parkering
Der bliver udsendt én parkeringstilladelse til officials området, pr. stand, pr. udstilling. Øvrige biler henvises til gæsteparkering.
Partoutkort
Hver stand modtaget 4 stk. partoutkort.
Fortrydelsesret
Afbestilling af standplads kan senest finde sted 5 uger før udstillingen. Afbestilling senere end 5 uger før udstillingen medfører fuld betaling af grundbeløb samt det bestilte stand areal. Afbestilling af standplads skal foretages skriftligt.
Fristerne kan ikke afviges.
How many visitors do you have at an exhibition?
It varies a bit depending on whether it's a double exhibition or one where the breeds are distributed on Saturday and Sunday.
Overall, in a year, we have 35,000 to 40,000 participants in our 6 international exhibition weekends.
When should I book my stand at the latest?
You should book your stand at the latest 6 weeks before the event you want to participate in.
Sizes of stands
Indoor stand spaces are 4m deep and must be at least 2m in length.
In Herning Exhibition Center, all stand spaces are set up indoors in halls. All exhibition rings will also be placed indoors.
Rules for stand setup
It is not allowed to place sales and/or promotional items in front of the stand's facade line.
Repeated violations of this rule may have consequences for participation in DKK's exhibitions.
It is only allowed to distribute material from your own stand, and personal/approach sales work can only be carried out from your own stand space.
Furniture for your stand
Lighting, power, cleaning, and furniture for your stand should be ordered directly from MCH. 6 weeks before the exhibition, you will receive an email from MCH where you can place your order directly with them.
Parking
One parking permit will be issued for the officials' area per stand, per exhibition. Other cars are directed to guest parking.
Season passes
Each stand receives 4 season passes.
Cancel
Cancellation of stand space can take place no later than 5 weeks before the exhibition. Cancellation later than 5 weeks before the exhibition will result in full payment of the base amount and the ordered stand area. Cancellation of stand space must be done in writing.
The deadlines cannot be deviated from.
